Because of the high adaptation of crops in this area coupled with our experience and selection of varieties, we can produce an exceptional quality almost year-round. We produce more than 120 ha of organic cauliflower a year. And we are using more and more CMS free varieties. Their high vitamin C content makes eating it beneficial for your eyesight, skin, hearing and respiratory system. The high vitamin K content makes eating cauliflower beneficial for proper blood coagulation. It’s also a great source of fibre, folic acid, magnesium, potassium and it has anti-oxidant properties that help reduce the risk of suffering cardiovascular disease.
