Bio Broccoli Salad with Onion Vinaigrette
- 1 Actiture bio broccoli
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Sweet corn
- Olive oil
- Ground pepper
- Cut up the Actiture bio broccoli in florets and put them in a pot to boil with water and salt for 3 to 5 minutes so they end up al dente.
- Strain the broccoli thoroughly with cold water to stop the cooking and set it aside.
- Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar, finely chopped onion, 1 clove of chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Stir well with a whisk so all the ingredients are mixed together and set aside.
- Put the cold broccoli florets and a can of sweet corn in a serving dish, sprinkle a couple tablespoons of vinaigrette on top… And you’re done! We can now enjoy this vegan salad that can be made in just a few minutes and that is also delicious.
