The crop is highly adapted to our farm and region for harvesting in either spring or autumn. The crop has high nutritional properties. It’s indicated as one of the ten “super foods” like “green leaves” with a low fat and carbohydrate content, a large quantity of proteins, vitamins, minerals and fibre, which makes it very beneficial for your health. They’re a very good source of alkaline and provide a lot of chlorophyll that helps us purify our bodies.
