In the Ebro Valley, cauliflower is grown with a quality, colour and freshness that is hard to improve in other regions of Spain.
Because of the high adaptation of crops in the area coupled with our experience and selection of varieties we can produce an exceptional quality almost year-round.We produce more than 130 ha a year. By harvesting with self-propelled platforms we can harvest and manipulate a maximum quality product in as little time as possible and provide a greater useful life.
Their high vitamin C content makes eating it beneficial for your eyesight, skin, hearing and respiratory system. The high vitamin K content makes eating cauliflower beneficial for proper blood coagulation. It’s also a great source of fibre, folic acid, magnesium, potassium and it has anti-oxidant properties that help reduce the risk of suffering cardiovascular disease.
